Mr. Martin and Mr. Klotz opened the meeting followed by introductions and a roll call and a moment of silence. The minutes of the June 25, 2026 meeting were approved with no changes.
Consumer Committee Minutes June 16th, 2026
John opened the meeting and welcomed attendees. He then led with a moment of silence that was followed by David Martin who then recognized the gay community for enduring the AIDS epidemic. He uplifted the LGBT community in celebration of Pride Month. The minutes of May 19, 2026 were approved with no edits.

Integration of Care Committee Meeting – May 20th, 2026
eff N. and Steve H. opened the meeting and reviewed the agenda. Doienne S. conducted a roll call. Members were informed that the April Integration of Care Committee minutes had been circulated in advance. No corrections noted and hence approved.

Mr. Klotz opened the meeting followed by a roll call and a moment of silence. The minutes from the February 19, 2026 meeting were approved with no changes.
Executive Committee Meeting Minutes June 18th, 2026
Mr. Martin and Mr. Klotz opened the meeting followed by a roll call. Mr. Carr led a moment of silence in memory of Barbara Johnson, a mentor and ally who passed away today. The minutes from the May 21, 2026 meeting were approved with no changes.
Planning Council Meeting Minutes June 25th, 2026
Mr. Martin and Mr. Klotz opened the meeting followed by introductions and a roll call and a moment of silence. The minutes of the May 28, 2026 meeting were approved with no changes.
Ms. Moya Adames and Ms. Bell gave a presentation commemorating Pride Month honoring the leadership of trans people in the fight against HIV and for equality.
Needs Assessment Committee Meeting May 14th, 2026
Co-chair Rasheed F. opened the meeting and welcomed attendees both in person and online.
Staff member Laura M. conducted roll call, acknowledging several first‑time attendees, including individuals from Long COVID Justice, academic researchers, and community advocates. New attendees shared their email addresses in the Zoom chat for follow‑up materials. Co-chair Emma K. reviewed housekeeping notes for in‑person participants, including the availability of doodling supplies and note sheets for the panel discussion.
A moment of silence was led by Asia B., honoring “those still living, and those who have gone beyond,” with acknowledgment of community members lost in the past year.
During announcements, staff member Abraham O. encouraged members to participate in community activities and outreach, including the AIDS Walk New York and Pride‑related events.
