Lisa and Randall opened the meeting, followed by introductions and a moment of silence. The minutes of the February 16, 2021 meeting were approved with one change from David M. adding his comment that DOHMH needs to reinforce COVID protection mandates (masks, etc.) as compliance is slipping.

The NY HIV Health & Human Services Planning Council's Consumers Committee with support from the the NYC DOHMH Bureau of HIV and advisory HIV organizations presented a screening of the award winning documentary Nothing Without Us followed by a panel featuring Director Harriet Hirshorn alongside activists and advocates from the film: Dazon Dixon Diallo, Terry McGovern and Gina Marie Brown. Dr. Anisha Gandhi, Acting Assistant Commissioner of the Bureau of HIV made opening remarks.
