Needs Assessment Committee

The Needs Assessment Committee manages all required needs-assessment activities, including data analysis, selecting topics to investigate to contribute to the Planning Council’s assessment of local needs for services, review of epidemiological and service utilization data, and estimating and assessing unmet need and service gaps.

Needs Assessment Committee Meeting April 14th, 2022

Finn opened the meeting, followed by a roll call, ice breaker, and a moment of silence led by Jennifer. Cristina reiterated that this would be her last meeting at the NAC staff person because she is moving to a position in the HIV Care and Treatment Program.

Finn and Marcy opened the meeting, followed by a roll call and moment of silence. The February 10th meeting minutes were approved with no changes.

Finn led introductions of people present. Billy led the moment of silence.

Marcy led introductions of people present. There was no public comment. No corrections to the December minutes and they were approved.

John Schoepp led the committee in a moment of silence. There was no public comment. No corrections to the November minutes. Cristina briefly covered the agenda and the new workplan template format.

Needs Assessment Committee Meeting October 14th, 2021

Marcy announced that due to leadership changes within her organization, co-chair Amanda Lugg will be stepping down from her co-chair position. Graham welcomed Finn as the NAC co-chair to serve along with Marcy.
