Planning Council Meeting Minutes June 27, 2019

Mr. Park and Mr. Lesieur opened the meeting followed by introductions. Ms. Chestnut led a moment of silence in memory of Dr. Charles Banderhorst, a compassionate HIV doctor who drowned recently while swimming in the Hudson River. The minutes of the May 30, 2019 meeting were approved with no corrections.

Executive Committee Meeting Minutes June 19, 2019

Ms. Barrett, facilitating by consent of the Committee, opened the meeting, followed by introductions and a moment of silence. The minutes from the May 23, 2019 meeting were approved with one change submitted by Ms. Walters.

Consumers’ Committee Meeting Minutes June 18, 2019

Billy Fields and Lisa Best, Consumers Committee Co-Chairs, opened the meeting, followed by introductions and a moment of silence. The May 21, 2019 minutes were approved with no changes. The Committee sent their thoughts and prayers to Darryl as he deals with family issues.

Need Assessment Committee Meeting Minutes June 13th, 2019

Ms. Lawrence led introductions, including pronouns, and an icebreaker about the rain. Mr. Domingo led the committee in a moment of silence. Ms. Lawrence reviewed the meeting packet and agenda.

Priority Setting & Resource Allocation Committee Minutes June 10, 2019

Mr. Lesieur opened the meeting, followed by introductions and a moment of silence. The minutes of the May 13, 2019 meeting were approved with no changes.

Mr. Park and Mr. Lesieur opened the meeting, followed by introductions and a moment of silence. The minutes of the April 25, 2019 meeting were approved with no corrections.

Executive Committee Meeting Minutes May 23, 2019

Mr. Park and Mr. Lesieur opened the meeting, followed by introductions. A moment of silence was held in memory of Andy Velez, a long-time HIV advocate and founding member of ACT-UP. The minutes from the April 18, 2019 conference call were approved with no changes.

Consumers Committee Meeting Minutes May 21, 2019

Billy Fields and Lisa Best, Consumers Committee Co-Chairs, opened the meeting with member introductions and a reading of the Rules of Respectful Engagement. Billy led the group in a moment of silence in honor of those who have passed and those who continue to endure in the struggle.

Need Assessment Committee Meeting Minutes May 9th, 2019

Ms. Thompson led introductions, including pronouns, and an icebreaker about spring. Mr. Fields led the committee in a moment of silence. Ms. Irwin asked for a clarification of the minutes regarding a robust discussion on the date of the planned forum.
