illy Fields, Consumers Committee Co-Chair, opened the meeting with member introductions, noting that Lisa Best, Co-Chair, is unable to attend the meeting. Ron Joyner, community member, led the group in a moment of silence in honor of those who have passed and those who continue to endure in the struggle.

Paul Carr volunteered to temporarily chair the meeting with staff liaison Melanie Lawrence, due to CoChair Amanda Lugg’s car trouble. Mr. Schoepp led us in a moment of silence and Ms. Lawrence reviewed the meeting packet.

Ms. Straus and Ms. Diaz opened the meeting followed by a moment of silence and introductions. The minutes of the January 9, 2019 meeting were approved with no changes.

Ms. Hudis and Mr. Baney opened the meeting, followed by introductions and a moment of silence. The minutes of the February 14, 2019 meeting were approved with no changes.

Mr. Park and Mr. Lesieur opened the meeting, followed by introductions and a moment of silence. The minutes of the January 31, 2018 meeting were approved with no corrections.

Co-Chair Paul Carr opened the meeting with introductions. John Shoepp led the committee in a moment of silence.

Jan Park, Governmental Co-Chair and Matthew Lesieur, Community Co-Chair, opened the meeting, followed by introductions and a moment of silence The minutes from the January 24, 2019 Executive Committee meeting were approved as presented. There was no public comment.

Ms. Lawrence opened the meeting, welcoming everyone and leading a round of introductions. Mr. Bruce led the committee in a moment of silence.
