Ryan White Part A Services

The HIV Care and Treatment Program (CTP) within the Bureau of Hepatitis, HIV, and Sexually Transmitted Infections (BHHS) at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH) is the designated Recipient and responsible for the administration of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part A grant. The RWHAP Part A grant funds comprehensive care, treatment, and support services for people with HIV in the New York Eligible Metropolitan Area (NY EMA). The NY EMA includes the five boroughs of NYC and the Lower Hudson Valley region (commonly referred to as Tri-County) of Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam counties.
