The Executive Committee is the leadership of the Planning Council and includes all committee chairpersons. It provides oversight and approval of all Council actions.

The Tri-County Steering Committee conducts all planning activities for Ryan White Part A in Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam Counties.

The Consumers Committee amplifies the voice of PLWH who access Ryan White Part A services in all aspects of the planning process.

The Integration of Care Committee responds to the changing health and social service landscape to develop models of care to support comprehensive wellness among PLWH.

The Needs Assessment Committee reviews data and other sources of information to identify emerging needs and gaps in care.

The Policy Committee educates and updates the Council on federal, state and local policies that affect PLWH.

The Priority Setting & Resource Allocation Committee prioritizes and allocates funding for all Ryan White Part A services.

The Rules & Membership Committee is responsible for the Council's governing documents and the membership application process.
